Abstract:
V diplomskemu delu ugotavljamo, da imamo v Elektru Celje glede na druga distribucijska podjetja v Sloveniji večje izgube. Na začetku so pojasnjeni pojmi prevzete električne energije in distribuirane električne energije,… V diplomskem delu je predstavljen tudi zakonski okvir za področje meritev, kontrol in neupravičenega odjema. Cilj diplomskega dela je predstaviti razloge in vrste napak ter ukrepe s katerimi bomo znižali velikost izgub. Z odpravo odkritih napak so se posledično izgube električne energije na letnem nivoju znižale za 20.000.000 kWh. Odkrite napake so posledica namerne povzročitve samih odjemalcev, nekaj napak je posledica nenamernih vplivov (višja sila), nekatere napake pa so posledica zaradi dela delavcev elektrodistribucije.

Title:
ELECTRICAL ENERGY LOSSES AT ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY ELEKTRO CELJE
Abstract:
In the diploma we find that we have in relation to other electricity distribution companies in Slovenia increased losses of electricity. At the beginning explaining the concepts of transmit electrical energy and distributed electrical energy,… The graduation presents the legal framework that provides for the measurement, control and undue consumption. Most significantly in the diploma is to find the reasons and types of errors in the terrain and offices which will reduce the size of losses. Considering all the discoveries that have been discovered in the meantime, consequently, the loss of electricity in one year fell by 20.000.000 kWh. A few mistakes have caused customers, some error are the result of unintended impact (a force majeure), some errors were caused by employees themselves.
