Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo se usmerili predvsem v tržno komuniciranje v procesu prodaje produkta v določenem podjetju. Cilj dela je proučiti komunikacijo prodajnega osebja pri prodaji produkta. Na izbranem primeru podjetja smo raziskovali in na koncu diplomske naloge tudi predstavili rezultate, ter predloge in dodali tudi izboljšave.

Abstract:
The basic of success in the mutual undrerstanding is knowledge of principles in the communication process. Especially is important that human language is well understood in both professional and private life. In the study, are focus primarily on the marketing communication in the process of selling the company. As a reserch method we used the survey. We conclude with the results, proposals and decisions on marketing communications in company.
