Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na proces odpreme gotovih izdelkov, odpremno okolje, težave, vzroke zanje in iskanje rešitev. V prvem poglavju smo predstavili teoretične osnove s področja skladiščnega poslovanja, odpremnih procesov v logistiki, terminiranja odpreme in komisioniranja. V praktičnemu delu smo predstavili podjetje Cetis, d. d., ter opisali in predstavili vire, potrebne za izvajanje odpremnega procesa. V nadaljevanju smo se osredotočili predvsem na proces odpreme, ga natančno opisali in prikazali s pomočjo procesne karte. Nato smo natančno opisno in grafično predstavili potek odpreme gotovih izdelkov in na podlagi analize procesa še izboljšave za ta proces, s katerim lahko podjetje zmanjša stroške in prihrani čas. V tretjem poglavju smo podali možne rešitve težave na podlagi ugotovitev analize vzročno-posledičnega diagrama. Natančneje smo tudi prikazali in opisali preureditev skladiščnega prostora po izboljšavi. V zaključku smo ocenili in ovrednotili uspešnost rešitve problema, pogoje za uvedbo izboljšav in možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj podjetja.

Title:
Renovation process of final products transportation in Cetis d.d.
Abstract:
In the thesis, we focused on the renovation process of final products, the dispatching environment, problems and their causes and the searching for proper solutions. In the first chapter we presented theoretical bases from the field of warehouse operations, dispatch processes in logistics, dispatch scheduling and commissioning. In the practical part we presented the company Cetis, d. d., and described and presented resources, needed for the execution of the dispatch process. In continuation we mainly focused on the dispatch process, which we thoroughly described and demonstrated with the help of a process chart. We accurately described and graphically presented the dispatch process of finished products and based on its analysis presented possible process improvements, with which the company could reduce expenses and save some time. In the third chapter we provided possible solutions based on the findings from the analysis of the cause-and-effect diagram. Then we thoroughly presented and described the reorganization of the warehouse space after the improvement. In the conclusion we assessed and evaluated the problem’s solution, conditions for the introduction of improvements and possibilities for further development of the company.
