Abstract:
Diplomsko delo vsebuje opis portalnih sistemov, sistemov za pomoč strankam in analizo omenjenih portalov. Prav tako vsebuje opis problematike, ki smo se jo odločili rešiti, opis izbrane platforme, postopek načrtovanja portala in sam proces razvoja portala. Uporabljene so metode kompilacije, komparacije in deskripcije. Kot rezultat diplomskega dela je predstavljen portal za pomoč strankam, ki že lajša delo pobudniku izdelave omenjenega portala.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis contains description of portal systems, Help Desk systems and the analysis of these portals. It also contains a description of the problem that we have decided to solve, a description of the selected platform, the process of planning the portal and portal’s development process. Methods of compilation, comparison and description have been used. As a result of this diploma thesis, is presented a Help Desk portal that already facilitates the work of the initiator of the mentioned portal.
