Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je opisan potek konstruiranja transportnega vozička za prevoz strojnih delov v kalilnici. Predstavljeni so vsi pomembnejši koraki, in sicer začetne skice, modeliranje konstrukcije, prvi numerični preračuni, optimizacija robnih pogojev numeričnega preračuna ter predstavitev rezultatov ustreznega modela. Numerični preračuni so opravljeni v programskem okolju Abaqus CAE, ki temelji na metodi končnih elementov. Modeliranje celotnega vozička je potekalo v programskem okolju CATIA V5R20. Rezultat je tako dimenzionirana konstrukcija od ideje do izpolnitve zahtevnika.

Title:
Design of trolley for machine part transportation
Abstract:
My diploma paper describes the design of trolley for machine part transportation in the hardening room. Explained are all important design steps: from initial sketches, modeling of the structure, the first numerical calculations, optimization and analyses of final structure. Numerical calculations are carried out in Abaqus CAE software environment based on the finite elements method. Modeling is done in the CATIA V5R20. The result is properly dimensioned trolley construction fulfilling the design restrictions.
