Abstract:
Habilitacije so eden izmed temeljnih procesov Univerze za zagotavljanje kvalitete zaposlenih. Postopek habilitacije je kompleksen in dolgotrajen, raziskovalci pa morajo ob habilitacijski vlogi priložiti tudi točkovano bibliografijo, ki predstavlja ključen habilitacijski kriterij. Ročno vrednotenje bibliografije je zelo zamudno, problem pa so tudi napake, do katerih lahko pri takem vrednotenju pride. V okviru diplomskega dela smo zato razvili prototip spletne aplikacije za avtomatizirano, enostavno in hitro vrednotenje bibliografij raziskovalcev. Ugotovili smo, da se vrednotenje trenutno ne da popolnoma avtomatizirati, saj ni na voljo vseh podatkov, ki so za to potrebni. Kljub temu pa menimo, da aplikacija poleg prihranka časa zmanjša tudi možnosti napak pri vrednotenju.

DEVELOPMENT OF PROTOTYPE WEB SOLUTION FOR PERSONAL BIBLIOGRAPHY EVALUATION
Abstract:
Habilitation is one of the fundamental processes of the University to ensure quality employees. Habilitation process is complex and time-consuming, and researchers need to enclose the evaluated bibliography, which is a key criterion of habilitation. Manual evaluation of the bibliography is very time consuming, and prone to errors which may occur. In this thesis we have developed a web application prototype for automated, easy and fast evaluation of researchers' bibliographies. We found that the current evaluation cannot be completely automated, because all of the required data is not available. Nevertheless, we believe that the application saves time and reduces the possibility of errors in the evaluation.
