Title:Raziskovanje dejavnikov prometnih nesreč : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varnost in policijsko delo

Abstract:V nalogi je predstavljena vloga policistov in preiskovalnih sodnikov pri preiskovanju prometnih nesreč. Predstavljena je analiza vzrokov prometnih nesreč za obdobje od leta 2002 do leta 2012. Vzroke prometnih nesreč proučujejo pooblaščene osebe predvsem zaradi ugotavljanja odškodninske in morebitne kazenske odgovornosti ter zaradi izboljšanja stanja varnosti. V primerjavi s Slovenijo, ki dejavnikov prometnih nesreč še ne preiskuje, to na Finskem počno že 40 let. Poleg Finske imajo najdaljšo tradicijo preiskovanja dejavnikov prometnih nesreč tudi Nizozemci, Švedi in Angleži. Na Finskem imajo organizirano posebno skupino strokovnjakov, ki je sestavljena iz 20 skupin in ima 300 članov. Na Finskem preiskujejo prometne nesreče po VALT metodi. V nalogi je predstavljena prva slovenska preiskava verižne prometne nesreče, ki se je zgodila na avtocesti A2 od Obrežja proti Ljubljani in v kateri je bilo udeleženih 38 vozil. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena slovenska metodologija preiskovanja prometnih nesreč.

Abstract:The theis presents my research on the factors of traffic accidents. The structure of the thesis in subordinate to its objetives. The factor of traffic accidents have been present since the emergence of the first roads and automobiles. The ties present my research zhe role of police and investigating judges, which emphasies in investigating road accident. Further on the analysis of the causes by road accidents ofer the haulfrom 2002 to 2012 is presented. The causes of road accidents are studied by representatives because it is important to find out the damage claim, possible criminal liability and to improve road safety. Slovenia has still not started investigating the factor of traffic accidents, where as in Finland they have been dealing with them for forty years. Besides Finland, the countries with the longest tradition of the investigation of the factors of traffic accidents are the Netherlands, Sweden and England. There is a special group of experts in Finland which consist of twenty groups and three hounderd members. Traficc accidents have been investigated by the VALT method in Finland. Further on first Slovenian chain road accident is presented, which has happened on the highway A2 from the exit Obrežje to Ljubljana, where has chrashed 38 vehicles. Further is presented Slovenian methodology of investigation the road accidents.
