Abstract:
Podnebne spremembe so v zadnjih nekaj desetletjih očitno sporočilo in opozorilo o človekovem neodgovornem odnosu do narave. Diplomsko delo obravnava zasnovo lesene nizkoenergijske hiše. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni različni sistemi in principi gradnje varčnih hiš.

Title:
DESIGN OF TIMBER LOW ENERGY PREFABRICATED HOUSE
Abstract:
Climate changes in the past few decades are clearly a message and a warning for our irresponsible attitude towards nature. With the use of fossil fuels, we have significantly affected our surroundings. Construction is besides transport and industry the largest consumer of energy, and thus a very important sector, where the ecological integrity solutions are necessary for coexistence of nature and of the human species. Environmental awareness in construction and architecture have greatly increased. Sustainable architecture has become a basic principle of sustainable development and a fundamental lead in architecture. The principle is based on minimizing the environmental impact, the use of renewable energy sources and the use of natural and environmentally friendly materials. Wood is unquestionably one of the materials and although it is used more and more frequently and although the wooden construction is in full swing, the potential in wood construction is far from being achieved in Slovenia. Thesis deals with the design of low-energy wooden houses. The theoretical part presents the various systems and construction principles of low-energy houses. Followed by a complete project for obtaining building permit. This part includes a technical report and a practical case (case study) of an individual timber low-energy house. Terms which gives PURES are met and established with special software tool PHPP 2007.
