Abstract:
V okviru magistrskega dela smo naredili raziskavo optimalno izbiro kombinacije kogeneracij za podjetje Panvita Ekoteh d.o.o. Družba se ukvarja s proizvodnjo bioplina iz gnojevke, stranskih živalskih odpadkov 2. in 3. kategorije, biorazgradljivih kuhinjskih odpadkov ter koruzne silaže. Nastali bioplin se vodi na dve kogeneraciji. Kogeneracijski sistem tvorita dva plinska motorja na notranje izgorevanje po 625 kW in 835 kW električne moči. Ker pa je življenjska doba kogeneracije 60 000 delovnih ur, bo treba v družbi Panvita Ekoteh d.o.o. še letos zamenjati kogeneracijski sistem, zato želimo poiskati optimalno rešitev med različnimi kogeneracijami. S pomočjo matematičnega programa GAMS bomo poiskali optimalno rešitev med različnimi kogeneracijami. Rezultati so pokazali, da na izbiro kogeneracij največ vpliva količina silaže in izplen bioplina.

OPTIMIZATION OF COGENE RATION UNITS DURING A BIOGAS PLANT
Abstract:
For the purpose of this Master’s thesis we made research on optimal choice of combination of cogeneration for Panvita Ekoteh Ltd. company. The company is engaged in production of biogas made of slurry, 2nd and 3rd category side food waste, biodegradable kitchen waste and corn silage. The resulting biogas is kept in two cogenerations. Cogeneration system consist of two gas internal combustion engine at 625 kW and 835 kW of electrical power. However, since the lifespan of cogeneration is 60 000 hours of work, the company of Panvita Ekoteh Ltd. will have to replace the cogeneration system this year. Using mathematical programme GAMS we will find optimal solution among various cogenerations. The results showed that amount of silage and biogas yield has influenced the choice of cogeneration the most.
