Title:RAZŠIRJENOST EKO-PODJETNIŠTVA MED SLOVENSKIMI PODJETJI

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen eko-podjetnik, ki je poslovno aktiven z obzirom na okolje ter razvija okolju prijazne izdelke, storitve in procese. Opisujemo tudi eko-podjetništvo, ki temelji na trajnostnem razvoju, katerega cilj pa je spoštovanje ekonomskih, okoljskih in socialnih vplivov podjetja na okolje. Pomembno vlogo pri vpeljevanju takšnega podjetništva igrata Evropska unija in Slovenija. Tako lahko z zakonodajo, strategijami za prihodnost, finančnimi spodbudami in podpornim okoljem spodbujata podjetja k okolju prijaznem poslovanju. Cilj magistrskega dela je preučiti stanje eko-podjetništva med slovenskimi podjetji. Analiza vprašalnika, katerega smo dobili od Ministrstva za gospodarski razvoj in tehnologijo Republike Slovenije (Direktorat za podjetništvo, konkurenčnost in tehnologijo, Sektor za inovativnost), je omogočila globlji vpogled v razširjenost eko-podjetništva v Sloveniji. Za opazovan vzorec smo ugotovili, da se višina eko-podjetniške aktivnosti v podjetju razlikuje glede na velikost podjetja, spodbujanje razvoja inovacij, višino vlaganj v razvoj inovacij in stopnjo izobrazbe odgovorne osebe za inoviranje.

Title:THE PREVALENCE OF ECO-ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN SLOVENIAN COMPANIES
Abstract:In our thesis we are presenting the eco-entrepreneur, whose goal is to develop environmentally friendly products, services and processes and whose business activities are based on the concern for the environment. We describe the eco-entrepreneurship, which is originated on the sustainable development, and aims to respect economic, environmental and social impacts of business on the environment. Important role in the implementation of such entrepreneurship plays the European Union and Slovenia. Government can encourage companies to environmentally friendly business with law, future strategies, financial aid and supportive environment. The aim of the master thesis is to prevalence eco-entrepreneurship in Slovenian companies. Analysis of the questionnaire, which was obtained from the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology (Directorate for Entrepreneurship, Competitiveness and Technology, Department for Innovation), has enabled a deeper insight into the prevalence of eco-entrepreneurship in Slovenia. For the observed companies, we found that the level of eco-entrepreneurial activity in the enterprise varies depending on the size of the company, incentive of innovation development, the level of investment in innovation and education level of the person responsible for innovation.
