Title:Dejavniki uspešnosti uvajanja poslovno informacijskih rešitev v mednarodnem podjetju

Abstract:Podjetja, ki želijo biti uspešna in konkurenčna na globalnem trgu morajo skrbeti za nenehni lastni razvoj, optimizacijo procesov, vpeljavo novih in inovativnih rešitev ter prilagajanje hitrim spremembam in razmeram na trgu. Posledično v podjetjih stalno narašča želja in potreba po projektnem delu zaradi uvajanja novih poslovno informacijskih rešitev. Statistike uspešnosti projektov informacijskih tehnologij so izjemno slabe, v veliko primerih tudi zaradi neustreznih in pomanjkljivih znanj s strani projektnih vodij. Klasična definicija uspešnega projekta označuje njegovo uspešnost kot projekt, ki je dokončan v načrtovanih rokih, v okviru predvidenega proračuna ter z načrtovano kakovostjo. Sodobna definicija pa je postala nekoliko bolj široka in uspešen projekt označuje kot projekt, ki je dokončan v predvidenem roku, v okviru predvidenega proračuna, z načrtovano funkcionalnostjo in kakovostjo. Njegovi rezultati bodo pri uporabi zadovoljili udeležence na vseh ravneh uporabe in odločanja, kar bo privedlo do uresničevanja načrtovanih poslovnih učinkov. Podjetja v teh časih v IT projekte vstopajo predvsem zaradi prenove poslovnih procesov katerim obstoječi informacijski sistem ni več zmožen slediti ter zaradi vpliva trga, ki sili podjetje k povečanju učinkovitosti in večji prilagodljivosti poslovanja oziroma k ustvarjanju njegovih konkurenčne prednosti. Seveda obstajajo še mnogi drugi razlogi, ampak če povzamemo glavne razloge je informacijska tehnologija bistven dejavnik pri povečanju učinkovitosti izvajanja vseh vrst procesov ter hitrosti pretoka in pridobivanja kakovostnih informacij, ki sta najpomembnejša pogoja za hitro, pravočasno in pravilno odločanje. To pa je ključnega pomena za preživetje, razvoj in uspešnost vsakega podjetja. Poslovno informacijske rešitve predstavljajo integracijo zaznanih naročnikovih poslovnih potreb, načrtovanih poslovnih učinkov ter izbor produktov, ki kupcu pomagajo uresničevati njegove poslovne modele skozi uresničevanje načrtovanih poslovnih priložnosti na podlagi elementov konkurenčnih prednosti. Z pravo poslovno informacijsko rešitvijo lahko tako zagotovimo pravilne poslovne odločitve na podlagi zanesljivih in kvalitetnih podatkov, ki omogočajo lahko dostopne in pregledne poslovne analize.

Title:Success factors of introducing business IT solutions in an international company
Abstract:Companies who want to be successful and competitive in the global market have to worry about constant self-development, optimization of processes, introduction of new and innovative solutions and adapt to rapid change and circumstances on market. Consequentially, companies continuously growing desire and need for the project work for implementation new business information solutions. Statistics performance of information technology projects are extremely poor, in many cases due to inadequate and insufficient knowledge by the project managers. The classic definition of a successful project indicates its effectiveness as a project that was completed within the planned time limits, planned budget and with the intended quality. The modern definition has become more widespread and for successful project indicates the project which is completed on schedule within the forecast budget, planned functionality and quality. Its results will be used to meet the participants needs at all levels of application and decision-making, which will lead to the realization of the planned business-impact. Companies in these times entering into IT projects mainly due to business process reengineering which existing information system is no longer able to follow and to influence of market forces to increase efficiency and greater flexibility for businesses to create their competitive advantage. Of course there are many other reasons, but if you summarize the main reasons is that information technology is an essential factor in increasing efficiency of all kinds of processes, flow rates and acquisition of quality information, which are the most important conditions for the rapid, timely and correct decisions. This is the key to survival, development and success of any business. Business information solution represent integration which includes recognized client's business needs, planned business impact and a selection of products that help them to implement its business model through the implementation of planned business opportunities on the basis of the competitive advantages. With the right business information solution we can ensure correct business decisions based on reliable and high-quality data that allow easily accessible and transparent business analysis.
