Title:Proizvodnja bioplina v Bioplinarni Draženci ter možnosti za zmanjšanje koruzne silaže v vhodnem substratu

Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je primerjati izplen bioplina in metana v Bioplinarni Draženci pri trenutni proizvodnji bioplina v primerjavi z bioplinom, proizvedenim z nižjim deležem koruzne silaže na podlagi teoretičnih izračunov. V ta namen smo naredili izračune za pet različnih možnih scenarijev za izplen bioplina in metana ter nato naredili primerjavo med scenariji. Pri trenutni proizvodnji bioplina v Bioplinarni Draženci, ki za vhodne substrate uporablja perutninski gnoj, koruzno silažo in odpadne maščobe v razmerju 70:25:5, smo izračunali izplen skupnega bioplina 148 m3/t sveže mase in izplen metana 90,16 m3 pri eni toni vhodne substratne mešanice. Ugotovili smo, da najvišji izplen bioplina in metana dosežemo pri scenariju 1, ki trenutno poteka v Bioplinarni Draženci. Pri primerjavi izračunanih vrednosti za izplen smo ugotovili, da obstajajo možnosti za zmanjšanje koruzne silaže v vhodnem substratu in ga lahko nadomestimo z odpadnimi maščobami, ki so velik energetski potencial.

Title:Biogas production in biogas plant Draženci and options for reducing corn silage in input substrate
Abstract:The aim of this diploma work is to compare the yield of biogas and methane in the biogas plant Draženci in the current production of biogas compared with biogas produced a lower proportion of maize silage on the basis of theoretical calculations. We have made calculations for five different scenarios for the recovery of biogas and methane and then make a comparison between the scenarios . In the current production of biogas biogas plant Draženci that the feedstock used poultry manure , corn silage and waste fat ratio 70:25:5 we calculated the total yield of 148 m3 of biogas /t fresh weight and yield of 90.16 m3 of methane at one tone input substrate mixture. We found that the highest yield of biogas and methane obtained in scenario 1 , which is currently in a biogas plant Draženci . When comparing the calculated values for yield , we find that there are options for reducing corn silage in the input substrate and may be replaced by waste fats that are high energy potential .
