Abstract:
V industriji je vedno večja konkurenca. Kupci zahtevajo kvalitetne izdelke, hitro dobavo in nizke cene. Vse to dosežemo z ustreznim kadrom, organizacijo in znanjem. V diplomski nalogi sem analiziral različne parametre obdelave pri struženju. Prikazal sem kako z izbiro pravilne rezalne ploščice in parametrov odrezavanja dosežemo nižje stroške obdelave, skrajšamo obdelovalne čase in dosežemo nižjo ceno izdelave. Podatke, katere sem pridobil v diplomski nalogi, bodo koristili tudi v podjetju, saj se jim s tem zmanjša čas izdelave izdelka.

Manufacturing process optimization for profiled ring shaft machining
Abstract:
Competition in the industry is increasing. Customers demand quality products, quick delivery and low prices. All this can be achieved with appropriate personnel, organization and knowledge. In my thesis I analyzed different processing parameters during turning. I showed how to achieve lower processing costs, lower costs of manufacture and shorten machining times with the proper selection of cutting plates and cutting parameters. The data which I have gained in this thesis will also benefit the company, as they are to reduce the manufacturing time of the products.
