Abstract:
Uporaba industrijskih robotov za laboratorijsko preizkušanje nam lahko prihrani veliko časa in omogoča boljšo ponovljivost rezultatov testiranja. Opisan je robotski sistem za preizkušanje ročnih mešalnikov za gnetenje testa. S pomočjo Matlab programskega okolja in knjižnice Robotics Toolbox smo naredili simulacije gibanja robota in sil ki se pojavijo na gnetilce mešalnika. Razvili smo metodo za nadzor in omejevanje sil. Za simulacijo robotskega programa je bil uporabljen simulacijski program Roboguide. Praktični testi so bili izvedeni v podjetju BSH v Nazarjah.

ENDURANCE TESTING OF HAND MIXERS BY THE INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
Abstract:
Using industrial robots for laboratory testing can save us a lot of time and provide better repeatability of test results. A robotic system is described, used for testing of handmixers for dough kneading. Simulations of robotic movement and acting forces on hand mixer kneaders were made using MATLAB software and the Robotics Toolbox library. We have developed a method for control and limitation of forces. The simulation program Roboguide was used to execute the robot program. Practical tests were made at the company BSH in Nazarje.
