Title:Dimenzioniranje konstrukcije reševalnega vozila

Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali primernost aluminijevih zlitin za uporabo pri konstrukcijah, ki so običajno jeklene. Predstavili smo fizikalne osnove napetosti in mehanskih deformacij, ki se lahko pojavijo v konstrukcijah ter primerjali mehanske lastnosti povprečnega konstrukcijskega jekla s povprečno konstrukcijsko aluminijevo zlitino. Primernost uporabe aluminijevih zlitin smo preizkusili na primeru konstrukcije reševalnega vozila modularne zgradbe. Dimenzionirali smo konstrukcijo, ki je v celoti sestavljena iz aluminijeve zlitine pri tem pa uvedli konstrukcijsko rešitev, pri kateri profili osnovne nosilne konstrukcije zagotavljajo podporo stenam, za kar so v primeru prvotnih konstrukcij bili potrebni dodatni elementi. Primernost nove konstrukcije reševalnega vozila smo dokazali z numerično simulacijo po metodi končnih elementov v programskem paketu Abaqus.

Title:Design of construction for ambulance vehicle
Abstract:This master's thesis deals with the adequacy of aluminium alloys for construction usage where we generally use those made of steel. We introduced physical principles of tension and mechanical deformations that may appear in constructions and compared the mechanical characteristics of average structural steel with average aluminium alloy used in construction. The adequacy of using aluminium alloys is tested on the example of modular construction of an ambulance. We dimensioned the construction entirely built from aluminium alloy and simultaneously initiated a construction solution in which the profiles of basic supporting construction provide support for walls where in case of original construction, an additional element had to be applied to basic construction. The adequacy of new ambulance construction has been proven by numerical simulations using the finite element method in Abaqus software.
