Abstract:Magistrska naloga se osredotoča na korake za izboljšanje sistema za karakterizacijo organskih solarnih celic na osnovi fotonapetostne spektroskopije. Sistem je uporabljen za merjenje prehodov fotonapetosti. Podano je teoretično ozadje s temeljnimi koncepti in principi za boljše razumevanje načrtovanja in delovanja merilnega sistema. Podan je pregled in opis bistvenih elementov sistema. Del naloge je posvečen razlagi programskega dela za nadzor in analizo. Poleg tega je napravljen pregled in interpretacija rezultatov eksperimentalnih podatkov. Nazadnje so predstavljene ugotovitve in ideje za nadaljnje raziskave.

Title:ORGANIC SOLAR CELL CHARACTERISATION SYSTEM BASED ON PHOTOVOLTAGE SPECTROSCOPY
Abstract:The master’s thesis focuses generally on the steps for the improvement of an organic solar cell characterization system based on photovoltage spectroscopy. The system is used for obtaining photovoltage transient measurements. Theoretical background with fundamental concepts and principles is given for a better understanding of the design and the operation of the measuring system. There is an overview and description of the essential elements of the set-up. A part of the thesis is dedicated to the explanations of the control and analysis software. Moreover there is a review and interpretation of the results of the experimental data. At last conclusions and ideas for further research are presented.
