Abstract:V diplomskem delu želim predstaviti vpliv otroške likovne primarnosti v modernizmu in sodobni umetnosti.

Title:ECHOES OF THE CHILDREN´S FINE ART PRIMALITY IN MODERNISM AND CONTEMPORARY ART
Abstract:In my diploma work I want to present an influence of the child’s fine arts primacy in modernism and in the contemporary art. With an intention to make a transition easier I have dedicated the first part to the concepts of modernism, of symbolism of colours and of a child’s drawing. Then there follows a comparison of works of the world’s, as well as of the Slovenian artists. Thus I have dealt with the works of Paul Klee (Adam and Little Eve, 1921), Joan Miro (Bullfight, 1945), Jean Dubuffet (A Woman Stirring Coffee, 1945), Gabriel Stupica (A Sketch for a Girl at a Table with Toys, without a signature), Vladimir Makuc (A White Bird, 1986). I dedicate the last part to the Slovenian contemporary artist Saša Bezjak (1971) who has wilfully waived academic ways. She has turned into herself and into the child’s drawing and she has interlaced the fine arts primacy and minimal expressions into her personal story. The diploma work is based on the recognizing and the interpretation of these works and as well it is based on the comparison with the child’s expression and the primacy. It meets the questions of universality of the fine arts speech and the questions of using the minimal expressive and fine arts means.
