Abstract:
Organizacija transportnih storitev v podjetju Hart d.o.o. V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na organizacijo transportnih storitev. V prvem delu smo podali nekaj, z našo temo diplomskega dela relevantnih, teoretičnih osnov, kjer nas je zanimala mednarodna logistika in mednarodni transport. Sledila je špediterska dejavnost, pri kateri smo opisali dejavnost špedicije, vlogo špedicije in kako mora biti le-ta organizirana. Prav tako smo podrobneje proučili opisali špedicijo in špediterja ter opisali špediterske storitve. V drugem delu naloge smo predstavili problem s katerim se srečuje podjetje Hart d.o.o., to je konkurenca. Naredili smo analizo obstoječega stanja v podjetju ter opisali njihovo poslovanje, s pomočjo kritične analize pa smo ugotavljali pomanjkljivosti podjetja v primerjavi s konkurenco. Nato smo glede na pomanjkljivosti, ki smo jih ugotovili s SWOT-analizo podali nekaj predlogov, kako izboljšati poslovanje in na tak način pridobiti tudi nekaj konkurenčnih prednosti pred ostalimi organizatorji podobnih transportnih storitev. Organization of transport services in the company Hart d.o.o.
Abstract:
Organization of transport services in the company Hart d.o.o. In the thesis we have focused on organisation of transport services. In the first part we have listed some theoretical basic that are relevant with the theme of our thesis, we described international logistics and international transport. Then we focused on spedition activities in which we described the work of spedition, its role and how it should be organised. We have also studied spedition and the forwarding agent in greater detail and described spedition services. In the second part of the thesis we presented a problem of company Hart d.o.o., which is competition. First we made an analysis of company's current situation and described their work operation, then, with the help of critical analysis, we were discovering strengths and weaknesses of company Hart d.o.o. compared to their competitive companies. In the end we focused on the company’s weaknesses, which we get by putting together SWOT analysis and added some suggestions how to improve their work operations so they would be able to get some competitive advantage ahead of others organiseres of transport services.
