Title:Prenova proizvodnega procesa v podjetju Jeklit d.o.o. iz logističnega vidika

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo analizirali proizvodnjo izdelave kovinskega izdelka v podjetju Jeklit d.o.o. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili proizvodni proces, proizvodni tok, proizvodnjo ter človeške vire v proizvodnem procesu. V praktičnem delu smo opisali obstoječe stanje in prostor podjetja Jeklit d.o.o. Dodali smo tudi tloris prostora. Nato smo detajlno opisali proces izdelave kovinskega izdelka s pomočjo sheme poteka procesa. V poglavju Kritična analiza smo izrisali procesno karto s pomočjo ASMI simbolov ter s pomočjo vzročno posledičnega diagrama prikazali vzroke za problem po posamičnih vzročnih področjih. V tretjem poglavju smo predlagali izboljšave in spremembe stanja, ki bi bistveno skrajšali proizvodni proces, s tem pa tudi znižali celotne stroške izdelave in posledično povečali dobiček. V sklopu zadnjega poglavja smo opredelili pogoje za uvedbo izboljšav in ocenili možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj podjetja.

Title:Logistical aspect of production process renovation in Jeklit d.o.o. firm
Abstract:In the graduation thesis the production process of a metal product in Jeklit d.o.o. company was analysed. In the theoretical part the production process, the process flow and the human resources were defined. In the practical part the actual conditions and the working area in Jeklit d.o.o. were described. The ground plan was also attached. After that the production process of a metal product with the help of the scheme of the process of production was described in details. In the Critical Analysis Chapter a Process Chart was drawn with the help of ASME Symbols and causes for the problems in different areas were shown with the cause-and-effect diagram. In the third chapter we proposed some improvements and changes for shortening the production process which would lower production costs and consequently increase the income. In the last chapter conditions for implementing the improvements were defined and possibilities for further development of the company were estimated.
