Abstract:
Diplomsko delo opisuje metode in postopke za izgradnjo krmilno-regulacijskega in nadzornega sistema za krmiljenje ter upravljanje industrijske klimatske naprave. Opisano je funkcijsko delovanje klimatske naprave. Krmiljenje je izvedeno s programljivim logičnim krmilnikom Siemens S7 1214C. Funkcije krmiljenja in reguliranja so izdelane s funkcijami in funkcijskimi bloki. Regulacija je izvedena z namenskim PID regulatorjem. Parametri PID regulatorja so določeni na časovnem odzivu odprte regulacijske zanke. Na koncu je opisan postopek izdelave vizualizacije na HMI panelu in SCADA sistemu.

Title:
CONTROL-REGULATORY AND SUPERVISION SYSTEM OF AN AIR CONDITIONER
Abstract:
The diploma thesis describes the methods and procedures for construction of the control and management system for industrial air conditioners. First, the functioning of the air conditioning is described. Next, the control of air conditioning is programmed with the logic controller Siemens S7 1214C. The control and regulation functions are designed with functions and function blocks and the control is carried out by a dedicated PID controller. Parameters of the PID controller are determined by the time response of the open-loop control. Visualization with HMI panel and SCADA system is presented at the and of the thesis.
