Abstract:
Projektna naloga obravnava prenovo gospodarskega poslopja pri Rožnem dvoru v Radljah ob Dravi. Razdeljena je na celovito arhitekturno analizo stavbe in njene okolice ter na predlog za prenovo. Gospodarsko poslopje je domnevni nekdanji dvonadstropni srednjeveški stolpast dvor, ki je bil v preteklosti že večkrat prezidan. Vanj smo umestili novo namembnost in sicer trgovsko in muzejsko. Predvideli smo kako bi se moral objekt statično utrditi in celovito prenoviti ter kateri posegi so potrebni, da bi se njegov pomen kulturnozgodovinskega spomenika še povečal.

Title:
THE RENOVATION OF OUTBUILDING NEAR ROŽNI DVOR IN RADLJE OB DRAVI
Abstract:
In project the renovation of outbuilding near Rožni dvor in Radlje ob Dravi is presented. In the first part of project local architectural style is analyzed. Short representation of local history is also given in this part. Second part describes the renovation of treated outbuilding. It is assumed that primary architectural form of the outbuilding was two-storey medieval towery mansion witch was rebuilt several times in the past. As a result of renovation project one part of the outbuilding was changed into museum and another part is meant to be used for mercantile purposes. Plan of renovation process was created which also included structural system reconstruction.
