Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je opisana učinkovitost terciarnega izobraževanja v Sloveniji, nato pa izdelana raziskava na primeru učinkovitosti izobraževanja na Fakulteti za organizacijske vede. V raziskavi je sodelovalo 60 diplomantov Fakultete za organizacijske vede, ki so svoj dodiplomski študij zaključili po bolonjski stopnji. Raziskovali smo, kakšno je splošno zadovoljstvo študentov oziroma diplomantov s celotnim potekom izobraževanja, s samo učno snovjo, ki so jo obravnavali tekom študija, s predavanji in načinom podajanja snovi, ter z materiali, ki so jim bili dostopni med študijem na tej fakulteti. Poleg zadovoljstva smo od diplomantov želeli izvedeti, kaj bi oni sami spremenili, da bi bil študij še učinkovitejši in s tem diplomanti konkurenčnejši na trgu dela. Vprašali pa smo jih tudi, kakšen je sedaj njihov status, saj smo želeli izvedeti, koliko izmed njih je že zaposlenih in na katerem delovnem mestu so se znašli z dano izobrazbo, koliko je nezaposlenih in koliko jih ima še vedno status študenta. Zanimal nas je tudi njihov odnos do bega možganov, ki je v tem času vse bolj aktualna problematika slovenskega trga dela, saj vse več kadra odhaja iskati zaposlitev v tujino.

Title:
EFFICIENCY OF STUDY IN FACULTY OF ORGANIZATIONAL SCIENCES
Abstract:
This work describes the efficiency of tertiary education in Slovenia. Our case study took place in the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Research was including 60 students from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences who graduated within Bologna system. Our research included general contentedness of education, topics of education and materials which has been accessible during the study. We want to know what graduates would change to make their study more efficient. With more efficient studying process graduates could be more competitive in labour market. In questionnaire form we asked graduates what kind of status they have, because we want to know how many of them are already employed and where do they work. We also want to know their opinion about brain drain which is a big issue in these days because a lot of educated workforce leaves our country and goes to work in foreign land.
