Title:RAZVOJNE ZMOŽNOSTI IN PRILOŽNOSTI DRUŽINSKEGA PODJETJA: MOŽNE METODE IN NJIHOVA UPORABNOST

Abstract:Družinska podjetja so posebna vrsta podjetij, saj se v njih prepletata dva različna sistema poimenovana kot čustven družinski sistem na eni strani in poslovni nečustven sistem na drugi strani. Družine, ki znajo uskladiti cilje in interese družine in njihovega podjetja, se lahko "pohvalijo" z uspešnim poslovanjem podjetja in dobrimi družinskimi odnosi. Za uspešno poslovanje so ključni predvsem dobri medsebojni odnosi članov družine. Razvoj družinskih podjetij je v veliki meri odvisen od družinskih članov in zaposlenih v najvišjem vodstvu. Zaradi vse večjega števila konkurenčnih podjetij se mnogo podjetnikov/managerjev zaveda pomena proučevanja podjetja in njegovega okolja. V ta namen so bile razvite številne metode, s katerimi pridobimo podatke o razvojnih zmožnostih in priložnostih podjetja za njegov obstoj in uspešno poslovanje tudi v prihodnosti. Ker smo v našem magistrskem delu proučevali resnično družinsko podjetje, smo v teoretičnem delu naloge predstavili metode, s katerimi smo proučevali podjetje in njegovo okolje. Uporabili smo naslednje metode: SWOT analizo, Portfolio analizo, Porterjev model petih silnic ter PESTEL analizo. V praktičnem delu smo družinsko podjetje in njegove družinske člane na kratko predstavili in ga proučili s pomočjo zgoraj naštetih metod. S pridobljenimi podatki smo proučili razvojne zmožnosti in priložnosti družinskega podjetja ter podali predlog temeljne in poslovnih strategij. Ugotovili smo, da so metode, ki smo jih uporabili za proučevanje podjetja in njegovega okolja pomemben pripomoček, ki služijo kot osnova za oblikovanje strategij.

Title:DEVELOPMENTAL CAPABILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF A FAMILY ENTERPRISE: POSSIBLE METHODS AND THEIR APPLICABILITY
Abstract:Family enterprise is a special type of business, where two different systems intertwine. On one hand there is so-called emotional family system and on the other there is emotionless business system. Families that are able to coordinate goals and interests of the family and their business can say that they have a successful business and good family relations. The key for successful business are good interpersonal relations between the family members. The development of family enterprise mostly depends on the family members and the top management employees. Due to the rising number of competitive businesses many of the entrepreneurs/managers realise the meaning of studying the business and its environment. For this purpose many methods have been developed to obtain information about the development possibilities and opportunities for company’s existence and successful operations in the future. In our thesis we studied a real family enterprise, and in the theoretical part we presented the methods with which we studied the company and its environment. We used the following methods: SWOT analysis, Portfolio analysis, Porter five forces analysis, and PESTEL analysis. In practical part we briefly presented the family enterprise and the family members, and studied the company with the methods mentioned above. With the obtained information, we studied the development possibilities and the opportunities of the enterprise and gave suggestions for the basic and business strategies. We found that the methods, which we used for study of the company and its environment, are an important assistance that serves as a basis for forming the strategies.
