Title:Vloga diplomiranega zdravstvenika med vodenjem poroda v prehospitalnem okolju

Abstract:Izhodišča: Vloga diplomiranega zdravstvenika med vodenjem poroda v prehospitalnem okolju je odvisna predvsem od znanja, spretnosti in veščin. Za vsako odločitev in dejanje prevzema odgovornost, zato je kontinuirano izobraževanje in izpopolnjevanje na temo o nosečnosti in porodu izredno pomembno. Namen: Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti potek poroda in vlogo diplomiranega zdravstvenika med potekom poroda na terenu. Raziskovalna metodologija: V raziskavi je bilo zajetih 5 enot NMP v severovzhodnem delu Republike Slovenije(Maribor, Slovenska Bistrica, Celje, Slovenske Konjice in Lenart). Uporabljena je bila kvantitativna metodologija raziskovanja. Tehnika zbiranja podatkov je bil anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga meseca januarja in februarja 2013 razdelili med 100 anketirancev. Vrnjenih smo dobili 68 anketnih vprašalnikov, s pomočjo katerih smo ugotavljali seznanjenost enot NMP o porodu in vodenju poroda na terenu. Za opis osnovnih lastnosti smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo. Podatke smo statistično obdelali in jih grafično prikazali s pomočjo programa Microsoft Excel. Rezultati: Anketiranci so imeli na terenu le nekaj porodov v svoji karieri. Za vodenje poroda imajo dejansko premalo znanja (65 %). Enota NMP Slovenska Bistrica je najbolj seznanjena o porodu nasploh. Anketiranci z daljšo delovno dobo niso bolj seznanjeni s potekom poroda kot anketiranci s krajšo delovno dobo. Vsi anketiranci se premalo udeležujejo strokovnih izobraževanj in izpopolnjevanj o porodu. Sklep: Enote NMP, ki so sodelovale v raziskavi, imajo premalo znanja o nosečnosti in vodenju poroda na terenu. Na to temo so potrebna dodatna kontinuirana strokovna izobraževanja in izpopolnjevanja s praktičnimi prikazi in preverjanjem znanja.

Title:The role of the registered nurse during labour management in prehospital environment
Abstract:Platform: The role of a registered nurse during labour management in prehospital environment depends primarily on knowledge and skills. For every decision and action medical assistant take responsibility, so continuous education and training on the topic of pregnancy and childbirth is extremely important. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to present the course of labor and the role of graduate medical assistant during childbirth on the field. Research Methodology: The study was covered by 5 units of UMH (urgent medical help) in the north-eastern part of the Republic of Slovenia (Maribor, Slovenska Bistrica, Celje, Slovenske Konjice and Lenart). Quantitative methodology has been used. The technique of data collection was a questionnaire, which was distributed among 100 respondents in January and February 2013. We received 68 questionnaires back, through which we determined familiarity about UMH units on helping through labour and child birth outside medical buildings. For a description of the basic features, we used the descriptive method. Data were statistically analysed and visualized by using of Microsoft Excel. Results: Respondents had only a few deliveries on the field in their career. For the guiding of childbirth they actually do not have enough knowledge (65 %). UMH Slovenska Bistrica unit is better informed about childbirth in general. Respondents working longer are more familiar with the process of childbirth than respondents working less. All respondents are under-attended with professional education and training programs about the birth. Conclusion: UMH units that participated in the survey, have a lack of knowledge about pregnancy and guiding of labour in the field. On this subject additional continuous professional education and training with demonstrations and examinations is required.
