Abstract:Diplomsko delo predstavlja problematiko državnih cest, kjer pogosteje prihaja do zgostitev prometnih nesreč. V Republiki Sloveniji je za državne ceste odgovorna Direkcija Republike Slovenije za ceste, ki z njimi upravlja, jih varuje in vzdržuje, skrbi za prometno tehnično ureditev cest. Osnova za določanje mest zgostitev prometnih nesreč je metodologija za določitev nevarnih mest in za njihovo odpravo na državnem cestnem omrežju. Z analizo pridobljenih podatkov obstoječega stanja obravnavane lokacije nevarnega mesta se pridobi dejansko stanje na terenu, ki je osnova za določitev idejnih rešitev za eliminacijo mesta zgostitve prometnih nesreč. Na konkretnem primeru cestnega odseka v občini Kozje je prikazan postopek obravnave mesta zgostitve prometnih nesreč. Opisani so podatki obstoječega stanja, njihova analiza. Na koncu so podane idejne rešitve kratkoročnih in dolgoročnih ukrepov za izboljšanje prometne varnosti.

Title:DESIGN SOLUTIONS FOR ELIMINATIONS OF BLACK SPOTS LOCATIONS - EXAMPLE OF AN ROAD SECTION IN KOZJE
Abstract:Work presents the problem of state roads where often comes to congestion of traffic accidents. In Republic of Slovenia is for Public Roads responsible Directorate of the Republic of Slovenia, which manages, protect, maintain, and provides technical arrangements for roads. The basis for determining the concentration of traffic accidents, is the methodology for the determination of hazardous places and their elimination at the national road network. By analyzing the data obtained of the site dangerous places we obtain facts on the ground for existing situation, which is the basis for determining the solutions for an elimination of congestion of traffic accidents (black spots). A specific example of a road section in the municipality Kozje, shows the process of treatment of congestion of traffic accidents. Describes the data and analysis of the existing situation. The optimal suggestion was given for design solution for short-term and long-term measures to improve road safety.
