Abstract:
Osrednja tema diplomskega dela je ustanovitev ter delovanje lokalne televizije BK TV v Selnici ob Dravi. Predstavljeni so potrebni koraki za pričetek delovanja oziroma pričetek oddajanja na novo ustanovljene lokalne televizije. Opisana je tudi dokumentacija, ki je za to potrebna ter informacije o tem, kam vse je potrebno dokumentacijo oddati. Podana je splošna podoba televizije, njena pokritost ter njeno delovanje. Navedena je tudi oprema, ki je potrebna za normalno delovanje lokalne televizije BK TV.

SETTING UP A LOCAL TELEVISION, LOCAL TELEVISION BK TV
Abstract:
The central theme of the diploma is the establishment and operation of the local television BK TV Selnica ob Dravi. Necessary steps are presented to begin operating or broadcasting the newly established local television; also the necessary documentation and the information about where that documentation should be submitted. General image of the television is described, its coverage and functioning. The equipment which enables normal functioning of the local television BK TV is also listed.
