Abstract:
V diplomskem delu bomo opisali procese pri prenosu pisemskih pošiljk, ki se izvajajo na pošti 1410 Zagorje ob Savi. Procese bomo podrobno proučili in jih opisali. Proučevanje procesov bo potekalo s proučevanjem literature ter z opazovanjem procesov in delovnih postopkov v izbrani poslovalnici Pošte Slovenije ter dostavnih okrajih, na katerih pismonoše vročajo pošiljke. Poiskali bomo pomanjkljivosti in ovire, ki otežujejo proces prenosa pošiljk. V drugem delu diplomskega dela bomo za poiskane pomanjkljivosti in ovire poizkušali najti rešitve, ki bi pripomogle k boljšemu, hitrejšemu, učinkovitejšemu in h kakovostnejšemu prenosu pošiljk.

Title:
Reorganisation of delivery wards on post 1410 Zagorje ob Savi
Abstract:
The diploma thesis discusses processes of routing postal items implemented at 1410 Zagorje ob Savi Post Office. The processes are studied and described in detail. The study of processes involves the study of literature and monitoring of processes and working procedures at the relevant branch of Post of Slovenia and delivery districts where postmen deliver postal items. The deficiencies and obstacles, which hinder the process of routing postal items, are established in the thesis. The second section of the diploma thesis includes solutions for relevant deficiencies and obstacles, which would contribute to a better, faster, more efficient and qualitative routing of postal items.
