Abstract:V svoji magistrski nalogi sem predstavila reorganizacijo podjetja in vlogo zaposlenih. Skozi pisanje magistrske naloge mi je uspelo potrditi vse osnovne trditve, ki sem jih zapisala na začetku naloge. Prva trditev je bila, da si vodstvo podjetja ne prizna oziroma si včasih prizna prepozno, da podjetje vedno slabše posluje. Druga trditev, ki sem jo potrdila je ta, da je kriza podjetja predvsem posledica slabih razmer znotraj podjetja. Vzrok za krizo ni samo en, ampak jih je več. Prav tako sta se izkazali za resnični trditvi, da bomo podjetje uspešno rešili iz krize, če bomo ustrezno uporabili človeški kapital, ki je v podjetju in če se bomo reorganizacije poslovanja lotili celovito. Reorganizacija podjetja je kompleksen in zahteven projekt, ki mora temeljiti na znanju in izkušnjah oseb, ki izvajajo postopek reorganizacije. Pomembno je, da si uporabijo vsa tehnološka znanja in potrebna informacijska podlaga, da je reorganizacija lahko uspešna. Vsako podjetje skozi različna obdobja svojega razvoja in poslovanja pride do točke, kjer se je potrebno odločiti za reorganizacijo podjetja. Pomembno je, da se podjetje pravočasno tega zaveda in da uspešno reorganizira svoje podjetje, ker lahko v nasprotnem primeru to podjetje pride v krizo in v najslabšem primeru celo v stečaj. Če je vodenje podjetja nepravilno in slabo, se lahko krize razvijejo na celotno poslovanje in ne samo na določeno področje. Posledica je lahko v najhujšem primeru globalna kriza podjetja. Da bi krizo odpravili moramo izvesti ustrezno reorganizacijo in celovito prenovo podjetja. Pomembno je, da skozi proces reorganizacije podjetja izvajalci reorganizacije ustrezno aktivirajo svoj človeški kapital, ki ga imajo v podjetju.

Title:REORGANIZATION OF BUSINESS AND THE ROLE OF EMPLOYEES
Abstract:In my master's thesis I presented a reorganization of the company and the role of employees. Through the writing of the thesis I was able to confirm all the basic argument that I wrote at the beginning of the assignment. The first claim was that corporate executives are not recognised, or sometimes recognized too late that the company is always worse. The second argument, which I confirmed is, that the crisis of the company mainly due to poor conditions within the company. The cause of the crisis is not just one, but several. It also proved to be a true statement that a company successfully solved the crisis, if he properly use the human capital in the company and if he reorganise the business deal with comprehensively. Reorganisation of the company is a complex and challenging project, which must be based on the knowledge and experience of persons who carry out the procedure of reorganization. It is important that you use all the technological know-how and the necessary information basis so the reorganization can be successful. Any company through the different periods of its development and business comes to a point where it is necessary to decide on the reorganisation of the company. It is important to be aware of this in a timely manner, and that the company successfully reorganized its business, because otherwise this company comes in a crisis and in the worst case even in bankruptcy. If you run a business maybe the crisis develop the whole business and not just on a specific area. As a result, in the worst case, the global crisis. In order to resolve the crisis, we have to carry out the appropriate reorganization and a comprehensive overhaul of the company. It is important that through the process of reorganization of the company artists rescues properly activated its human capital, which they have in the company.
