Title:VPLIV TEHNOLOGIJE ZASLONOV NA DOTIK NA UČINKOVITOST PODJETIJ V TRGOVINSKI DEJAVNOSTI

Abstract:POVZETEK Vpliv tehnologij postaja pri vrednotenju učinkovitosti poslovanja vse pomembnejši. Ima močan vpliv na konkurenčne sposobnosti podjetja, ki jih lahko izboljšamo s pomočjo tehnoloških inovacij. V magistrski nalogi smo proučevali, kako tehnološke inovacije s področja tehnologije zaslonov na dotik vplivajo na učinkovitost poslovanja trgovinskih podjetij. Namen našega magistrskega dela je bil na podlagi razpoložljivih virov in literature, prav tako pa tudi anketnega raziskovanja, ugotoviti, kako pomemben vpliv ima sprejemanje tehnoloških inovacij s področja tehnologije zaslonov na dotik na učinkovitost poslovanja trgovinskih podjetij. Ugotoviti smo želeli, kako pomembna je uporaba te tehnologije pri uspešnejšem in učinkovitejšem poslovanju podjetij v trgovinski dejavnosti, in kako le-te vplivajo na poslovanje. Cilji so bili: - Navesti razloge, zakaj uporabljati zaslone na dotik v poslovanju kot priložnost za povečanje ekonomske učinkovitosti in uspešnosti, - na podlagi izpolnjenih anketnih vprašalnikov opredeliti pomen uvajanja zaslonov na dotik v slovenska podjetja trgovinske dejavnosti, - raziskati, kakšni so razlogi, da se podjetja v trgovinski dejavnosti odločajo za uvajanje aplikacij z zasloni na dotik v poslovanje, - ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri slovenska trgovinska podjetja sledijo trendom uvajanja zaslonov na dotik v tujini, - podati sklep z ugotovitvami in predlogi. V magistrskem delu smo uporabili metodo kompilacije, kjer smo povzemali in navajali ugotovitve ter spoznanja domačih in tujih strokovnjakov s področja novih tehnologij pametnih poslovnih rešitev z zasloni, občutljivimi na dotik. Uporabili smo še metodo komparacije, s katero smo primerjali rezultate (spoznanja) iz literature in virov ter anketnega raziskovanja. Uporabili smo tudi metodo anketiranja. Izvedli smo anketno raziskavo, v kateri so anketiranci lahko podali svoja stališča in prepričanja. V anketno raziskavo smo poleg podjetij v trgovinski dejavnosti vključili tudi ponudnike tovrstnih tehnologij, in na ta način poskušali pridobiti čim več podatkov za analizo trendov uvajanja oziroma uporabe tehnologije zaslonov na dotik v Sloveniji. Pri ugotovitvah smo uporabili metodo indukcije, kjer smo poskušali iz dosedanjih razpoložljivih podatkov izpeljati nove, samostojne sklepe. S pomočjo anketne raziskave smo ugotovili, da je tehnologija zaslonov na dotik v podjetjih trgovinske dejavnosti v Sloveniji sicer že prepoznana v določenih poslovnih okoljih, ni pa še prodrla v večino slovenskih trgovinskih podjetij. Aplikacije omenjene tehnologije predstavljajo v splošnem 20 do 40-odstotno podporo poslovnemu procesu. Večina anketiranih trgovinskih podjetij je v svoje poslovanje že uvedlo interaktivne samopostrežne blagajne in interaktivne terminale z zasloni, občutljivimi na dotik. Uvedli so jih predvsem zaradi številnih priložnosti za učinkovitejše komuniciranje s kupci ter priložnosti učinkovitejšega ter bolj okoljsko naravnanega oglaševanja in promoviranja njihovih izdelkov oziroma storitev. Veliko anketiranih trgovinskih podjetij se je strinjalo, da je s to tehnologijo možno tudi znižati stroške dela. Ugotovili smo, da slovenska trgovinska podjetja že kar v veliki meri sledijo tujim trgovinskim podjetjem pri uvajanju tovrstnih tehnologij. Prav tako smo ugotovili, da predstavljena tehnologija predstavlja priložnosti za pridobitev večjega obsega potencialnih odjemalcev kot klasična »papirna«. Iz rezultatov anketiranih podjetij lahko razberemo, da so slovenska trgovinska podjetja naklonjena uvajanju nove tehnologije z zasloni, občutljivimi na dotik, saj nameravajo v prihodnosti še povečati vlaganja v aplikacije omenjene tehnologije. Raziskava je potrdila, da so tehnološke inovacije pomemben dejavnik tudi v podjetjih trgovinske dejavnosti. Imajo lahko močan vpliv na izboljšanje učinkovitosti poslovanja ter povečevanja konkurenčnih prednosti.

Title:THE IMPACT OF TOUCHSCREEN TECHNOLOGY ON THE EFFICIENCY OF COMPANIES IN TRADE ACTIVITIES
Abstract:ABSTRACT The influence of technologies is getting more important when it comes to the efficiency of operating. It has a strong influence on the competitive abilities of a company that can be improved with the help of technological innovations. In the Master thesis we have researched how the technologic innovations from the field of the touch screen technology influence the business efficiency in trading enterprises. The purpose of our Master's thesis had been, on the basis of the available sources and literature but in addition to that also, of a survey research to determine how important is the influence of adopting technological innovations in the field of touch screen technology on effectiveness of business trading enterprises. Our study wanted to determine how important it is to use this technology for a more successful and more efficient operating of companies in the trading business and how these affect the business. The goals were: - to explain the reasons why use touch screens as an opportunity in order to increase economic efficiency and successfulness, - on the basis of the completed questionnaires of the survey to determine and identify the importance of the introduction of touch screens in Slovenian trading oriented companies, - to explore what the reasons for the companies in the trading business are when deciding on deployment of applications for the purposes of operating, - to determine in what extent Slovenian trade companies follow the trend of touch screen implementation in other countries, - to provide a conclusion with findings and proposals. In the Master's thesis we used the method of compilation where we have mostly summarized and cited the findings but also insights of Slovene and foreign experts in the field of new technologies of smart business solutions with touch responsive screens. In addition to that we used the method of comparison with which we made the comparison between the results (findings) from literature and sources as well as those of the survey research. We have also used the method of interviewing. We conducted a survey research in which the respondents were able to present their views and beliefs. In the survey the providers of such technologies were also included in addition to the trade oriented companies and that way we tried to obtain as much information as possible for analysis of trends of implementation or the use of the touch- screen technology in Slovenia. On the findings we applied the method of induction, where we tried to derive new, independent conclusions from the already existing available data. With the help of the survey we have found that the touch-screen technology is somehow already recognized in companies of trading activities in Slovenia in some business environments, but it has not yet penetrated the majority of Slovenian trade companies. Applications of the technology in question offer generally between 20% - 40% support system of the business process. Most of the trading companies we surveyed have already introduced the interactive self-service cash registers and the interactive terminals with screens responsive to touch. The companies introduced them mainly due o the many opportunities for a more effective communication with their customers and due to the opportunities for more efficient but in addition to that, more environmentally-oriented advertising and promoting their products or services. Many of the commercial companies included in the survey have agreed that technology can indeed also reduce the operating costs. We have also found that the Slovenian trading oriented companies are already largely following the foreign trading enterprises in the implementation of such technologies. In addition to that, we found that the technology presents opportunities for obtaining a higher volume of potential customers than the classic, »paper« approach. From the results of the trading companies surveyed we can deduct that the Slovene trading companies are favour of introduction and implementation of the new technology with touch-
