Abstract:
Diplomska naloga vsebuje raziskavo pri kateri ugotavlja glavne razloge za uporabo metode DEX ter uporabo metode AHP. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo predstavili kaj je odločanje, proces odločanja in teoretične podlage za uporabljene metode AHP in DEX. V naši raziskavi smo želeli obravnavati proces odločanja v kontekstu realnih poslovnih sistemov, tako smo si zadali, da bomo v diplomskem delu predstavili odločitveni model, ki podjetju pomaga pri odločitvi izbire najprimernejšega ponudnika storitev v oblak, med seboj pa smo primerjali deset ponudnikov omenjenih storitev. V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo opravili reziskavo večparametrskega odločanja, z uporabo metode DEX ter metode AHP. Večparametrski modeli so koristen pripomoček pri izbiri ponudnika storitev v oblak, saj imamo opravka z velikim številom parametrov, ki vplivajo na odločitev. Odločitveni model za izbiro ponudnika storitev v oblak nam omogoča enostaven, standardiziran, sistematičen in strukturiran način odločanja v fazi vrednotenja obravnavanih variant. Pri izdelavi večparametrskega odločitvenega modela smo uporabili računalniška programa DEXi, kateri uporablja metodo DEX, ter ga dopolnili s programom Vredana in program Super Decisions, kateri uporablja metodo AHP. V zadnjem delu diplomskega dela smo prikazali rezultat raziskave, ki je anlaiza vrednotenja variant in njihov grafični prikaz. Na podlagi ugotovitev, keter smo pridobili preko naše raziskave smo podali glavne prednosti in slabosti obeh metod DEX in AHP. Pri drugi ugotovitvi pa smo podali predloge, katere lahko mala podjetja uporabijo pri izbiri najprimernješega ponudnika storitev v oblak.

CRITICAL COMPARISON OF MULTI ATTRIBUTE DECISION MAKING METHODS DEX AND AHP
Abstract:
The thesis contains a survey in which we determine the main reasons for the use of DEX and AHP method. In the first part of the thesis we have presented what is a decision, decision process and the theoretical basis for the use of AHP and DEX methods. In our study, we wanted to present the decision making process in the context of real business systems, so we have set ourselves to presented a decision model to help us choose the most appropriate service provider in the cloud, so we compared the ten providers of these service with each other. In the second part of the thesis we passed a survey for a multi attribute decision making, using the method DEX and AHP. Multi attribute models are a useful tool in selecting a service provider in the cloud, because we are dealing with a large number of parameters that influence the decision. Decision model for the selection of a service provider in the cloud enables us a simple, standardized, systematic and structured decision making in the evaluation phase of considered variants. In the making of multi attribute decision model, we used the computer program DEXi, which uses the method DEX, and supplemented it by the program Vredana. Then we used Super Decisions program which uses the method of AHP. In the last part of the thesis we present the results of the research, which is a analysis of the evaluated variants and their graphical representation. Based on the findings, which we gained through our research we have presented the main advantages and disadvantages of both methods AHP and DEX. With our finding, we make suggestions, which could help small businesses with the selecting of a optimal service providers in the cloud.
