Abstract:
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V uvodnem delu so opredeljena področja, ki so predmet raziskave diplomskega dela, cilji in osnovne trditve, predpostavke ter omejitve, ki jih lahko pričakujemo, in predvidene metode dela. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo se osredotočili predvsem na različne odsotnosti z dela, kot so letni dopust, odsotnosti zaradi zdravstvenih razlogov ter druge nepredvidene odsotnosti v manjših transportnih podjetjih. Odsotnost z dela je velik problem, predvsem v manjših podjetjih, in sicer zaradi manjšega števila zaposlenih, občasnega povečanega obsega dela ter pogodbenih del. Glavne posledice predvidenih ali nepredvidenih odsotnosti pomenijo za podjetje velik strošek, predvsem pa tudi zmanjšanje produktivnosti dela. Obravnavane odsotnosti oziroma reševanje odsotnosti bomo v praktičnem delu proučili z vidika zakonodaje na konkretnih podatkih petih manjših podjetij. Izvedli bomo intervju, s pomočjo katerega bomo pridobili podatke predvsem o posledicah, s katerimi se podjetja srečujejo zaradi občasnega manka delavcev. Na koncu bomo naredili analizo odgovorov ter jih proučili. Dane podatke bomo predstavili v teoretičnem smislu, tako, da bomo podjetja med sabo primerjali ter naredili analizo odgovorov.

Title:
Absence from work in small transport companies
Abstract:
The diploma work consists of theoretical and practical part. The introduction defines the areas, the object of the research of diploma work, its goals and basic statements, assumptions, restrictions we can expect and methods of work. In the theoretical part of the diploma we mainly focused on different absences from work, like annual leave, the absence because of health reasons and other absences in minor transport companies. The absence from work is a big problem, especially in minor companies because of low number of employees, the occasional increase of work and work with contracts. The main consequences of absenteeism present a great cost for the company as well as productivity decrease. The above mentioned absences and its solutions will be studied from the legislation view with the help of data of five minor companies. With an interview we will get a data about the absenteeism consequences that companies have to face. At the end we will analyze and study the answers. The given data will be presented theoretically and with graphs, our opinion as well as solutions will be given at the end.
