Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo opisali ključne kartografske podlage, ki so potrebne pred posegom v okolje. Predstavili smo različne metode zajemanja topografskih podatkov, ki jih lahko uporabimo za načrtovanje prihodnjih gradbenih projektov. Še posebej smo izpostavili moderne fotogrametrične in terestrične metode, kot je aerofotografija, elektronski razdaljemeri in 3D lasersko skeniranje. Opisali smo tudi tehnologiji LIDAR in GPS ter predstavili slovensko omrežje SIGNAL. Na primeru smo predstavili potek in posamezne naloge geodetske stroke pri izvedbi rekonstrukcije križišča. V zadnjem delu naloge smo na podlagi različnih idejnih načrtov, določili optimalno ureditev rekonstrukcije križišča iz ekonomskega vidika.

Title:
GEODETIC WORK AND ECONOMIC ASPECT IN THE RECONSTRUCTION OF AN INTERSECTION
Abstract:
In the thesis we cover and discuss the cartographic fundamentals required prior to an environmental intervention. We have outlined different methods of collecting topographic data, which can be used in the planning of future construction projects. Specially emphasized are the modern-day photogrammetric and terrestrial methods, namely aerophotography, electronic distance meters and 3D laser scanning. We have also described LIDAR technology as well as GPS technology and its Slovenian associate network SIGNAL. The individual tasks and the geodetic work process are presented on a case of an intersection reconstruction. Lastly, we have compared different outline plans from the economic viewpoint and determined the optimal solution for the reconstruction.
