Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi Reorganizacija paketne dostave na Pošti Zagorje ob Savi smo reševali problematiko nižanja logističnih stroškov. Posvetili smo se predvsem transportnim stroškom. V teoretičnem delu smo definirali osnovne pojme, ki se nanašajo na podjetje Pošta Slovenije ter na logistiko. Nato smo naredili natančen opis delovnega procesa dostavljanja paketov v paketnem oddelku pošte Zagorje ob Savi. Natančno smo analizirali ter preračunali dostavno pot paketnega dostavljalca na navaden delovni dan kot tudi na sobotni dan. Iz teh dveh dostavnih poti smo izračunali letne stroške paketne dostave. Kasneje smo s preračunavanjem po algoritmu najbližjega soseda poiskali pot, ki je bila krajša od prejšnje. Ponovno smo izračunali letne stroške glede na novo dostavno pot. Letni stroški so se tako zmanjšali. Povsem na koncu pa smo rezultate med seboj primerjali in analizirali ter naredili izračun letnih prihrankov, ki nastanejo ob uvedbi algoritma najbližjega soseda.

Title:
Reorganization of parcel services at post of Zagorje ob Savi
Abstract:
In this thesis Reorganization of package delivery at the post office Zagorje ob Savi, we were solving issues on how to lower the logistical costs. We concentrated mainly on the transport costs. In the theoretical part we defined basic concepts which are relying to the Company Post of Slovenia and the logistics. Then we made a detailed description of the work process in the package section of the post office Zagorje ob Savi. We precisely analyzed and converted the package delivery route on the ordinary working day as well as on Saturday. From these two delivery routes we calculated the annual cost of package delivery. Later we calculated with the algorithm - so called “the nearest neighbor” to find a path that was shorter from the previous one. Again we calculated the annual costs of the new delivery path. The annual costs were smaller then from the previous paths. In the end the results were mutually compared and analyzed. We also made a calculation of annual savings which appear from the introduction of the “nearest neighbor” algorithm.
