Abstract:
V diplomskem delu bomo razložili pojme, ki se pojavljajo na področju prometne politike, opredelili trajnostni razvoj, obrazložili različne modele trajnostnega razvoja in pojasnili, zakaj se mora prometna politika oklepati trajnostnega razvoja. Sledil bo prikaz delitve prometa ter pomen prometne politike in njena umeščenost. Opisali bomo, kako se je razvijala evropska prometna politika in kateri glavni akti na tem področju so bili sprejeti. Nato bodo natančno predstavljeni tudi ukrepi Bele knjige prometne politike Evropske unije in ukrepi, ki jih predpisuje Resolucija o prometni politiki Republike Slovenije. Zakonodajna akta bomo med sabo primerjali in ugotavljali podobnosti in razlike. Nakazali bomo, kateri ukrepi morajo biti sprejeti na ravni RS, da se bo približala prometni politiki Evropske unije, saj bo le na ta način dovolj konkurenčna in trajnostna ter hkratno pomagala razvoju gospodarstva.

Title:
New transport policy of European Union and the impacts on Slovenia
Abstract:
In the thesis we will explain the concepts that appear in the field of transport policy, define sustainable development, explain different models of sustainable development and clarify why sustainable development must be part of the transport policy. Followed by scheme of transport types we will point out the importance of transport policy and its emplacement. We will describe the development of transport policies and the main legal acts which were accepted in this field. In the second part we will precisely present the solutions planned in the White paper on the European transport policy and the actions, dictated by the Resolution of transport policy of the Republic of Slovenia. We will compare the legal acts and identify both similarities and differences. We will indicate which actions must be taken to put Slovenian and European transport policies closer together, since this is the only way Slovenian transport policy will be competitive and sustainable while in the same time encouraging the economic development.
