Abstract:
V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo obravnavali pojem embalaže, namen uporabe embalaže, odpadno embalažo in ravnanje z njo, funkcije embalaže ter vrste in oblike embalaže, kjer smo dali največji poudarek embalaži iz polimernih in biopolimernih materialov. Na kratko smo opisali zakonodajo in standardizacijo in pisali o vplivih embalaže na nakupno odločitev. V raziskovalnem delu diplomske naloge smo obravnavali podjetje Mapis, d.o.o., ki v svoji proizvodnji uporablja plastične materiale. Predlagali smo možnosti za zamenjavo materialov z biološko razgradljivimi, možne rešitve in predstavili vplive novega stanja na okolje.

Problems of degradation of the packaging in case of Mapis d.o.o.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part of the paper we discussed the concept of packaging, the purpose of packaging and packaging waste handling, function types and forms of packaging where we place greater emphasis on the packaging from polymer and biopolymer materials. In short, we examined the laws and standards and written about the impact of packaging on the purchase decision. In the research part of the paper we discuss firm Mapis, d.o.o. which uses plastic materials in its production. We suggested the possibility of replacement of biodegradable materials, possible solutions and discuss the effects of the new state on the environment.
