Abstract:	Mobilna telefonija je dandanes eden pomembnejših dejavnikov v svetu informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij. Že skoraj vsaka druga oseba ima pametni mobilni telefon, ki nudi uporabniku, kjerkoli se nahaja, vrsto mobilnih zmožnosti. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili operacijski sistem Android ter orodja in procese pri izdelovanju mobilne ter namizne aplikacije, ki uporablja bluetooth. Kot primer aplikacije smo implementirali vodenje računalniške miške s premikanjem mobilnega telefona. Mobilna aplikacija je narejena z orodjem App Inventor, namizna aplikacija je napisana v programskem jeziku C# z Microsoft Visual C# Express Edition 2010.

Title:	DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE APPLICATION FOR ANDROID OS WITH APP INVENTOR TOOL
Abstract:	One of the major factors in the world of information and communication technologies nowadays is mobile telephony. Almost every second person owns a smart phone, which provides the user with a series of mobile capabilities, wherever located. The main subject of this thesis is the Android operating system with the tools and processes in the production of mobile and desktop applications using Bluetooth. We have created an application for the computer mouse movement by moving the mobile phone. The mobile application is made by the App Inventor tool, desktop application is written in C # with Microsoft Visual C # Express Edition 2010.
