Abstract:Za delo na pripravskem delovišču je Premogovnik Velenje, d.d. v lastni režiji oziroma v sodelovanju s partnerji razvil stroje in naprave, ki delo na pripravskem delovišču ne samo olajšajo, temveč omogočajo tudi varnejšo izdelavo jamskih prog. V diplomski nalogi bom tako predstavil pripravsko delovišče, ki obsega napredovalni stroj GPK PV, transporter z gumijastim trakom AST 800, podajalnik lokov PL08-PV, profil MP4 ter za konec še zapolnjevanje s polimernimi zapolnjevalnimi materiali. Posebej se bom osredotočil na drobilnik premoga, ki je novost na pripravskih deloviščih v jami Premogovnika Velenje, d.d.. Nameščen je na pripravskem delovišču številka 13 in je namenjen drobljenju velikih kosov premoga na manjše, kar je do sedaj prestavljalo problem, saj je bil transport težji in nevarnejši. Predstavil bom elemente drobilnika premoga, predvsem elektro opremo. Prav tako sem v diplomsko nalogo vključil navodila za vzdrževanje, obratovanje in zagon ter navodila za varno delo, ki pripomorejo k pravilnemu delovanju. Za konec sem z oceno tveganja in možnostmi izračuna posameznega tveganja, prikazal pregled vseh ukrepov, ki jih je Premogovnik Velenje d.d. sprejel za zavarovanje delavca pred škodljivimi posledicami, ki utegnejo nastati pri delu na pripravskem delovišču.

Title:ANALYSIS OF MODERNIZED COAL MILL AUTOMATION AT THE PREPARATION SITE OF COAL MINE VELENJE
Abstract:Premogovnik Velenje d.d. with partners has developed machinery and devices that are used for work at preparation site and to make work easier and safer. In the diploma I will represent preparation site, that contains a promotional machine GPK PV, transporter with rubber tape AST 800, feeder arc PL08-PV, profile MP4 and at the end I will represent filling with polymer filling materials. I will focus on coal mill, wich is a novelty on preparation sites in mines of Premogovnik Velenje d.d. It is set on preparation site number 13 and is used for crushing larger chunks of coal. That used to be a problem, because the transporation of larger pieces of coal represented greater danger. I will also represent the structure of the coal mill, especially the electrical site. I included in my diploma the instructions for maintanance, operation and starting of the coal mill, as well as the instructions for safety, that all contribute to proper working of the coal mill. At the end I used the estimation of risk and the possibillities of calculating the risk to represent all the safety actions that are used at Premogovnik Velenje d.d. to protect the workers from the harmful consequences that might occur at the preparation site.
