Abstract:
V uvodu projektne naloge smo predstavili razvoj zemljiškega katastra skozi zgodovino. Jedro naloge predstavlja postopek pridobitve gradbenega dovoljenja za stanovanjski objekt. Postopek gradbenega dovoljenja se začne z nakupom zemljišča. Po nakupu sledi vpis v zemljiško knjigo. Sledi urejanje projektne dokumentacije, ki je sestavljena iz idejne zasnove, idejnega projekta, projekta za pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja, projekta za izvedbo ter projekta izvedenih del.

THE PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING CONSTRUCTION PERMITS
Abstract:
In introduction of project work we presented the development of land cadastre over the years. The core of our work is procedure to obtain a building permit for residential building. The process of obtaining a building permit begins with purchasing a building lot. Next is the entry in the land register, followed by editing project documentation, which consists of conceptual design, preliminary design, design for obtaining building permits, project implementation, and project works.
