Abstract:
Sledenje kameri je tehnika vizualnih učinkov, ki uporabniku omogoča vstavljanje računalniške grafike v predhodno posnete videe realnega ali navideznega sveta. To poteka tako, da preko sledenja značilk in kalibracije s programsko opremo poskušamo čim bolje ponoviti pomik kamere. Preučili smo teorijo in delovanje programov za sledenje kamere, vključujoč animacijo, sledenje, kalibracijo, parametre kamere, projekcijo točk, določitev ozemljitvene ploskve, rekonstrukcijo, in opisali različno programsko opremo. To znanje smo nato implementirali na praktičnem primeru sledenja kameri.

Title:
IMPORTING AN ANIMATED CHARACTER INTO FILM THROUGH CAMERA MOTION TRACKING
Abstract:
Camera tracking or matchmoving is one of the examples of visual effects, that allows the matchmover to insert computer generated objects into a previously shot live-action or virtual environment sequence. This is done by mimicking the movements of the camera as closely as we can with the help of matchmoving software. We have studied the theory and functioning of matchmoving software, including animation, tracking, calibrating, camera parameters, point-cloud projection, ground plane determination, reconstruction, and described different examples of matchmoving software. We then implemented this knowledge in an example of matchmoving.
