Abstract:
Namen diplomskega seminarja je s pomočjo strokovne literature predstaviti kakovost, ugotoviti kakšen pomen ima kakovost za podjetje in uporabnika. Kakšne so odgovornosti menedžmenta in katere standarde za kakovost ima podjetje vpeljane. S kakšnimi stroški se podjetje in uporabnik srečuje ob slabi kakovosti ter na kakšen način ima lahko sam uporabnik vpliv na kakovost. Teoretičen del diplomskega seminarja bo temeljil predvsem na deskriptivnem pristopu. V raziskovalnem oziroma praktičnem delu bom s pomočjo pogovora z lastnikom podjetja Germovšek d.o.o. povzela izkušnje, ki ga ima s proizvodnimi podjetji svojih oz. izdelkov, ki jih servisira ter prodaja. Predvsem se bom navezovala na izkušnje glede kakovosti izdelkov, ki jih ima s podjetjem Varstroj d.d.. Za vsako podjetje, ki se želi vključiti in obdržati na konkurenčnem trgu je bistvenega pomena kakovost izdelkov, ki jih proizvaja in storitev, ki jih nudi.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES
Abstract:
The point of this graduate seminar is to present with the help of scientific literature quality and what meaning quality has for the company and the consumer. What are the responsibilities of the management and what quality standards the company has introduced. What costs the company and the consumer are met with bad quality and in what way can the consumer influence the quality himself. The teoretical part of this dissertation will be based on a descriptive aproach. In the research part or practical part I will, with the help of the discusion with the owner of the company Germovšek d.o.o., summarize the experience he has with production companies of his products wich he services and sells. I will base it on the experience of the quality he has with the company Varstroj d.d.. For every company that wants to join and retain in the competitive market the quality of their products and services is essential.
