Abstract:
Kot nam je vsem znano je gradnja stanovanjskega objekta velik finančni zalogaj. Večina investitorjev tako želi, da bi svoj objekt kvalitetno postavili z kar se da nizkimi stroški. Tako smo se v tem delu osredotočili na ekonomiko grajenja zidov. Primerjali smo 4 različne gradbene materiale v obliki zidakov, in sicer: modularno opeko, porotherm opeko, porobetonske zidake in lesobetonske zidake. Z primerjavo materialov po izbranih kriterijih smo poizkušali ugotoviti kateri material nam nudi največ za kar se da nizko ceno.

The effect of the selection of material and construction masonry technology on the economics of the project
Abstract:
As we all know, a construction of a residential building is a considerable financial investment. Thus the majority of investors would like to construct their building qualitatively and with the lowest possible construction costs. This diploma paper focuses on the economics of masonry construction. Four building materials in a form of bricks were compared: modular bricks, porotherm bricks, poroconcrete bricks and wood-concrete bricks. By comparing the materials by selected criteria, we have tried to determine which material is the best for the lowest price.
