Abstract:
V magistrskem delu so predstavljene vrste izolacijskih materialov in zakonitosti prenosa toplote. Za izračun toplotnih izgub je potrebno poznati mehanizem širjenja vlage in analitično odvisnost širjenja vlage in toplote. Intenzivnost prenosa toplote in vlage skozi izolacijski material je odvisna od strukture, oblike, dimenzij in razporeditve por in kapilar, v manjši meri pa od kemične sestave in fizikalnih lastnosti materiala. Na toplotno prevodnost bistveno vplivajo gostota, kemijska sestava in struktura materiala, temperatura, vlažnost, oblika in dimenzija por. Cilj naloge je ugotoviti, kako se znižuje temperatura fluida v odvisnosti od debeline izolacije in kako vpliva % vlažnosti na intenzivnost toplotnih izgub. V ta namen je zasnovan matematični model in izdelan računalniški program. Rezultati mnogoštevilnih raziskav o prevodu vlage skozi kapilarno-porozne materiale pri študijah sušilnic, širjenju vlage v zemlji, dovoljujejo predpostavko prisotnosti molarnega in molarno-molekularnega prenosa vlage v obliki tekočin in v obliki pare. Za izvajanje analitičnih zapisov procesov prenosa vlage so uporabljeni splošni zakoni o prenosu energije in snovi. V želji izbire nekega univerzalnega potenciala širjenja vlage za katero koli vlažnost materiala, je uveden pojem eksperimentalnega potenciala širjenja vlage v materialu, ki se določa na osnovi etalona vlažnega materiala (celuloze). Celuloza je uporabljena, ker je zelo higroskopna in vsebuje vse oblike vezane vlage (adsorpcijsko, osmozno in kapilarno), prav tako ravnotežna vlažnost celuloze ni odvisna od temperature zraka, temveč samo od relativne vlažnosti. Delo temelji na teoretičnih raziskavah in ima aplikativen pomen.

Title:
The processes of simultaneous heat and humidity in thermo-insulating materials
Abstract:
The processes of simultaneous heat and humidity expansion demand a very detailed analytical description of the mechanism of heat transmission. For this purpose the kinetics of heat and humidity content exchange and the dependence of thermal conductivity on humidity content will be researched. In addition, the intensity of heat and humidity transmission through insulating material depending on its structure, form, dimension and porosity, will be analysed.
