Title:Varnost prometa na glavni cesti Črnuče-Litija : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Varstvoslovje

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena analiza prometne varnosti na glavni cesti Ljubljana – Litija. Obravnavani so podatki desetletnega obdobja in sicer od leta 2001 do vključno leta 2010. Podrobnejše so primerjani statistični podatki prometnih nesreč leta 2001, ko na omenjeni relaciji še ni bilo zgrajenega nobenega krožnega križišča, in leta 2010, ko je bilo zgrajenih že pet krožnih križišč ter opravljena celovita rekonstrukcija ceste. Statistika zajema več različnih podatkov o številu prometnih nesreč, njihovih vzrokih in posledicah ter psihofizičnem stanju povzročiteljev prometnih nesreč. Pri primerjavi je upoštevan tudi povprečni letni dnevni promet, da so rezultati še bolj realni. Za lažje razumevanje in boljšo predstavitev je našteto prikazano s pomočjo tabel in grafov. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene tudi posamezne študije, ki so bile opravljene pred samo izgradnjo krožnih križišč. Poleg krožnih križišč pa so omenjeni in na kratko predstavljeni še drugi ukrepi za umirjanje prometa. Na koncu naloge so podani predlogi in moja mnenja za nadaljnje izboljšanje prometne varnosti na obravnavanem odseku.

Title:Traffic safety on the Črnuče – Litija main road
Abstract:In my thesis I will present an analysis of traffic safety on the Ljubljana – Litija main road. The interpreted data includes a ten-year period from 2001 to including 2010. Statistical data on traffic accidents in 2001 and 2010 are compared in detail. In 2001 there were no roundabouts on the before mentioned route, while in 2010 there were already five built, and a comprehensive reconstruction of the road was completed. Several different information regarding traffic accidents, their causes and consequences and also psychophysical states of participants are included in the statistics. For better results, the annual average daily traffic is included at comparison. Tables and graphs are used to make the previously mentioned data more understandable. The thesis also presents individual studies that were performed prior to the actual construction of roundabouts. In addition to roundabouts I have also listed and briefly illustrated other measures for traffic calming. At the end of my thesis I presented my suggestions and opinions regarding traffic safety improvements on the mentioned section.
