Abstract:Diplomsko delo proučuje uporabo dokumentnega sistema za upravljanje z dokumenti v računovodstvu na primeru rešitve Pantheon. Razdeljeno je na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili celovite informacijske rešitve, njihove značilnosti, prednosti in slabosti. V nadaljevanju smo opisali dokumentni sistem, njegove prednosti in slabosti. Spoznali smo dokumentni sistem Asistent DMS za Datalab. V praktičnem delu smo se osredotočili na konkreten primer - Podjetje X. Opisali smo celovito informacijsko rešitev Pantheon SE 5.5, ki jo uporablja podjetje X. Opisali smo dopolnitev celovite informacijske rešitve Pantheon z Asistent DMS v podjetju X. Analizirali smo nakup dokumentnega sistema Asistent DMS ter primernost programske rešitve Pantheon za podjetje X in uporabo DMS v programu Pantheon.

Title:THE USE OF DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ACCOUNTING ON THE MODEL OF PANTHEON SOLUTION
Abstract:The thesis examines the use of a document management system used in accounting on the example of The Pantheon solution. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, we identified comprehensive IT solutions, their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. Hereafter we described a document management system, its advantages and disadvantages. We got to know the document management system DMS Assistant for Datalab. In the practical part we focused on a concrete example - Company X. We described a comprehensive IT solution Pantheon SE 5.5, used by the company X. We described an addition of the DMS Assistant to the complete integrated information solution Pantheon used by the Company X. We analyzed the purchase of the document management system DMS and the adequacy of the software solution Pantheon for Company X and the use of DMS in the comprehensive IT solution Pantheon.
