Abstract:	Zaloge predstavljajo pomemben člen v dobavni verigi podjetja, saj zagotavljajo nemoteno oskrbo podjetja s potrebnimi materiali in tako omogočajo tekoč delovni proces. Obstaja več vrst zalog. To so proizvodne zaloge, zaloge pomožnega materiala, zaloge polizdelkov in zaloge končnih izdelkov. Poleg tega pa so tu še varnostne, signalne, maksimalne, minimalne zaloge in druge. Zaloge v podjetju kompenzirajo napake zaradi neprimernih metod planiranja, nenatančnih podatkov o stanjih, zamud dobavnih rokov in odklone dobavljenih količin. Problem zalog je, da nase vežejo finančna sredstva, obenem pa povzročajo stroške. Večje kot so zaloge, večje stroške ima podjetje. Zato je potrebno posvetiti veliko pozornosti določanju optimalne višine zalog, to pa izhaja iz znanja o proizvodih in procesih, poznavanju dejavnosti in proizvodnih zmogljivosti podjetja, pa tudi iz zmožnosti dovolj natančnega napovedovanja prodaje. Teoretično obravnavo zalog sem nadaljevala s ponazoritvijo upravljanja z zalogami v podjetju Doors, d.o.o., kjer sem predstavila njihov način spremljanja zalog in nekatere podatke, ki omogočajo boljši pogled na zaloge.

Title:	STOCK MANAGEMENT IN COMPANY DOORS D.O.O.
Abstract:	Stocks are an important part in the supply chain of one company because they ensure smooth care with needed materials and allow going working process. There are different types of stocks, for example raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, safety stocks, levelling stocks, signalling stocks and other. Stocks in company give a buffer when there are mistakes in plannig methods, inaccurate data about state, delays in deliveries and deviations in delivered quantity. The problem of stocks is that they cause costs of tied-up capital and other costs. Higher than the stocks are, more costs that means for the company. Because of those reasons it is important to give enough attention to lot sizing. For that we need enough knowledge about products and processes, knowledge about type of branch and production capacities and we also need to be able to predict sell very precise. First I wrote theoretical facts about stocks, then I continued with chosen example, Doors, d.o.o.. I presented their methods of managing stocks and some data, which give better look on their stocks.
