Abstract:
V diplomskem delu sta nas zanimala povezava in vpliv projekta 5S na embalažne enote v podjetju Adria Mobil. Teoretično smo opisali metodo 5S in embalažo, ki jo uporabljajo v podjetju. Nato smo s pomočjo podatkov podizvajalca analizirali stanje proizvodnje pred uvedbo metode 5S. V nadaljevanju smo pridobljene teoretične informacije združili in ocenili, kako projekt 5S vpliva na embalažne enote. Opazovali smo sektor proizvodnje in ugotovili, da nekateri dobavitelji blago za nadaljnje delo v proizvodnji dostavljajo v neprimerni embalaži. Posledice neprimernega embaliranja so večja potreba po zaposlenih in višji stroški podjetja ali pa počasnejše delo delavcev na montažni liniji. Na primeru dobavitelja Cableks smo izračunali povračilo investicije novih embalažnih enot. Analizirali smo, koliko časa potrebujejo delavci za odstranjevanje potrebne in nepotrebne embalaže. Prišli smo do spoznanja, da vpeljava metode 5S v veliki meri vpliva na spremembo embalažnih enot v proizvodnji podjetja Adria Mobil.

Impact of project 5S on change of packing units in company Adria Mobil
Abstract:
We were interested in diploma, on the connection and impact of 5S project on change of packing units in Adria Mobil company. Theory we described of method 5S and package which is used in company. After that we analyzed subcontractors information’s of condition in company before introduction method 5S. In addition we obtained and assessed theoretical information’s and explained how the project 5Saffects on packaging units. We were observing the manufacturing sector and found that some supplier’s send goods for further work in production are delivered in improper packaging. Results of improper packages are needs more extra employees and bigger cost for company or less intensive work on the assembly line. On Cableks supplier case, we calculated the investment reimbursement new packaging units. We analyzed how much time workers need to remove needful and unnecessary packaging material. We came to the conclusion that a change of packaging units is largely influenced by the introduction method 5S in manufacturing sector Adria
