Title:INOVACIJE IN SPODBUJANJE ZAPOSLENIH K IZOBLJŠAVAM V PODJETJU SUMIDA SLOVENIJA, D.O.O.

Abstract:Vsako podjetje mora stremeti k spremembam in izboljšavam, s katerimi lažje doseže zastavljene strateške cilje, izboljšuje kakovost, zvišuje nivo konkurenčnosti in se ne nazadnje razvija »v koraku s časom«. Veliko podjetij v ta namen uporablja metodo oziroma sistem 20 ključev, ki omogoča uravnoteženo izboljšanje na vseh področjih delovanja organizacije. Metoda temelji na skupinskem delu, sodelovanju in vključenosti vseh zaposlenih v projekt. V našem diplomskem delu je metoda 20 ključev, s poudarkom na ključu 14 (spodbujanje zaposlenih k izboljšavam), predstavljena na primeru podjetja Sumida Slovenija, d. o. o., kjer sistem uvajajo že od leta 1998. Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti celotni sistem, načine in razloge za uvajanje in podrobneje opisati posamezne ključe. Poudarili smo tudi pomembnost motivacije, njenih dejavnikov in načine motiviranja, na katere morajo biti pozorni v podjetju pri uvajanju ključa 14. Če želi podjetje v projekt vključiti vse zaposlene, kar je glavni namen ključa 14, ter pričakovati dober uspeh, mora motivirati zaposlene tudi z materialnimi in nematerialnimi nagradami, o katerih smo pisali v diplomski nalogi in na katere vodilni pri uvajanju sprememb ne smejo pozabiti. Ker je izboljšanje kakovosti eden od ključnih ciljev metode, smo predstavili tudi pojem kakovosti in njegovo povezavo z ISO standardi. V raziskovalnem delu smo si zastavili cilj, da ugotovimo, kakšno je zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z delom na svojem delovnem mestu, z uvedbo sistema 20 ključev in podrobneje s ključem 14, v povezavi s koristnimi predlogi. Koristni predlogi za inovacije so v podjetju velik dejavnik v razvoju potencialov vseh zaposlenih, zato je bil naš cilj ugotoviti, kaj zaposlene vzpodbuja pri podajanju predlogov in realizaciji inovacije, če so glede postopkov in glede ključa 14 dovolj informirani, v kolikšnem času se predlogi realizirajo, in ali od vodilnih dobijo potrebno pomoč in podporo. Na osnovi pridobljene literature, napisane teorije in izvedbe anketne raziskave smo podali ugotovitve in predloge za izboljšanje stanja v organizaciji.

Title:INOVATIONS AND ENCOURAGING OF EMPLOYEES TO IMPROVEMENTS IN SUMIDA SLOVENIJA, D.O.O. COMPANY
Abstract:Each company must gaze to modifications and improvements, with which it easier conquers the strategic objects, improves quality, increases the level of competitiveness and develops while keeping pace with times. Many companies use system of 20 keys to do so, which allows balanced improvement in every sphere of company’s activity. Method is based on team work, cooperation and comprehending of employees in project. In our degree we were dealing with method of 20 keys, with emphasis on key 14. (Stimulating employees to improvements), presented in example of Sumida Slovenia, d. o. o., where system of 20 keys is introduced since 1998. The purpose of our degree is to introduce the whole system, methods and reasons for introducing this system, while describing individual keys in detail. We outlined the importance of motivation, its factors and methods, to which the company needs to pay attention while introducing the 14th key. The company must insist in letting employees being involved in working process and if company wants to involve all employees and is expecting success, it has to motivate employees with material and immaterial goods, of which we have written about in degree work and on which the leaders should not forget. Because the improvement of quality is one of the main goals of method we introduced the idea of quality and it’s connection with ISO standards. In our research we aimed to determine the level of satisfaction of employees with their working place, with 20 keys system introduction and in detail with key 14 in connection with useful suggestions. Useful propositions for innovations are huge factors in company’s development of its employee’s potentials, therefore we were striving to get useful information of how employees are encouraged in presenting and realization of innovations, if they are informed enough about procedure and about key 14., how much time does it take to perform a proposition and if their superiors are providing them with all needed help and support. Based on acquired literature, written theory and realization of opinion poll, we presented findings and propositions to improve current condition in organization.
