Abstract:
Izboljšave na delovnih mestih predstavljajo gonilno silo nenehnega napredka in razvoja delovnega mesta ter osebnostnega razvoja zaposlenega. Eno od orodij, ki ustvarja takšne pogoje, je metoda 20 ključev, ki je v Slovenijo in podjetje Gorenje, d. d., prišlo pred nekaj leti in se uspešno vklopilo v obstoječi sistem. Vodenje delovnih skupin in njihovo delovanje na oddelku Montaže je zaradi obsega področja in velikega števila zaposlenih vedno predstavljal velik izziv. Ker smo želeli dobiti bolj podroben vpogled v njihovo delovanje in težave, s katerimi se spopadajo, smo v začetku leta 2011 izvedli anketo, ki je pokrila vse tri glavne skupine sodelujočih v proizvodnem procesu: delavce, vodje delovnih skupin in mojstre. Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da vse tri skupine podpirajo metodo 20 ključev in vidijo sestanke delovnih skupin kot pomoč za dosego skupnih ciljev. Kljub zadostni podpori vodjam delovnih skupin, tako s strani članov delovnih skupin kot mojstrov, in njihovemu pozitivnemu prepričanju o zadostni usposobljenosti za vodenje sestankov delovnih skupin, pa delovne skupine vseeno ne delujejo najbolje. Tako še vedno ostajajo siva področja delovanja, kjer bi lahko delovne skupine bolje opravile svoje poslanstvo: vsakodnevni sestanki, dodatno usposabljanje, večja angažiranost pri reševanju zastavljenih aktivnosti na sestankih delovnih skupin. Z namenom pomoči vodjam delovnih skupin pri vodenju sestankov delovnih skupin, smo začeli z izvajanjem mesečnih sestankov, kjer z vodji preverjamo mesečne rezultate in jim nudimo pomoč pri težavah, s katerimi so se soočili v preteklem mesecu. Prav tako smo jih bolj vključili v ocenjevanje urejenosti in organiziranosti delovnih mest s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika ključa 1. Ena od ključnih stvari, ki jih potrebuje vodja delovnih skupin za vodenje sestankov, je obnovitveno izobraževanje o vodenju sestankov s poudarkom na reševanju konfliktnih situacij.

ANALYSIS OF SMALL GROUP ACTIVITIES IN COOLING PROGRAMME, GORENJE D.D.
Abstract:
Workplaces improvements represent the driving force of permanent progress and development of workplace as well as of employee's personal development. One of the tools which create such conditions is the 20 Keys method which arrived to Slovenia and to the company Gorenje d.d. few years ago and has been successfully included in the actual system. Conducting work groups and their operation in the assembly department has always represented a big challenge due to the extent of this area and large number of employees. Since we wanted to get a more detailed insight into their operation and troubles they are facing, in the beginning of the year 2011 we carried out a questionnaire survey which covered all three main groups of the participants in the production process: employees, heads of work groups and foremen. The survey results have shown that all three groups support the 20 Keys method and understand the meetings of work groups as help in achieving the common targets. But, in spite of sufficient support given to group heads by the members of work groups as well as by foremen and in spite of their positive conviction about their sufficient qualifications for conducting work group meetings, work group operation is not as good as it could be. There are still some areas where the work group mission could be better represented: every day's meetings, further training courses, bigger engagement in solving the activities set at work group meetings. With the purpose to help work group heads in conducting the work group meetings, we started implementing monthly meetings at the occasion of which we check monthly results together with the heads and we offer them assistance in solving the troubles which they encountered in the previous month. Besides, we involved them more in estimating the tidiness and organization of workplaces by means of the Key 1 questionnaire. One of key issues needed by the work group head for conducting the meetings is by all means the renewal training on conduct of meetings with the emphasis on solution of conflict situations.
