Title:VPLIV NAČINA SPRAVILA ITALIJANSKE MNOGOCVETNE LJULJKE (Lolium multiflorum Lam.) KOT PREZIMNEGA DOSEVKA NA PRIDELEK KORUZE (Zea mays L.)

Abstract:Od avgusta 2008 do septembra 2009 smo na območju KPD Rogoza (46° 31’ s.g.š., 15° 42’ v.g.d.) ugotavljali vpliv načina spravila italijanske mnogocvetne ljuljke (Lolium multiflorum Lam.) kot prezimnega dosevka na pridelek naknadno sejane koruze (Zea mays L.). Poskus je bil zasnovan kot naključni blok v štirih ponovitvah. Setev mnogocvetne ljuljke je bila opravljena 26. 8. 2008. V poskus so bila vključena tri obravnavanja, kjer je bil pridelek mnogocvetne ljuljke (A) v celoti zaoran; (B) pokošen in porabljeni za krmo, površina pred setvijo koruze preorana; (C) pokošen in porabljen za krmo, nato pa je bila izvedena direktna setev glavnega posevka v obstoječe strnišče mnogocvetne ljuljke. Setev koruze je bila opravljena 4. 5. 2009, spravljena je bila v sredini oktobra. V našem poskusu se je mnogocvetna ljuljka pokazala kot dober predposevek koruzi v obravnavanjih A in B, medtem ko so bili pridelki koruze pri direktni setvi statistično značilno nižji.

Title:Influence of the way of harvesting Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.) as a winter cover crop on the yield of maize (Zea mays L.)
Abstract:From August 2008 to September 2009 on the aria of KPD Rogoza (46° 31’ N and 15° 42’ E) we investigated the influence of the way of harvesting Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum Lam.) as a winter cover crop on the yield of subsequently sown maize (Zea mays L.). The experiment was designed as a randomized block in four replications. Italian ryegrass was sown on 26th of August 2008. Field trials included three treatments where the yield of Italian ryegrass (A) was ploughed whole; (B) harvested and used as forage, than the field was ploughed and the maize seeded; (C) harvested and used as forage, than the maize was direct drilled in to the stubble of Italian ryegrass. The maize was sown on the 4th of May 2009, and harvested in the middle of October. In our experiment the Italian ryegrass was found to be a very good pre-crop in rotation with maize in treatment A and B, while the results by the direct sowing were significantly lower.
