Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili pojem elektronskega denarja in obravnavali elektronske plačilne sisteme. Predstavili smo prednosti in slabosti elektronskega denarja in razloge zakaj je prišlo do uvedbe. Predstavili in primerjali smo tudi različne primere elektronskega denarja, tehnologijo, ki zagotavlja varnost, in kakšna tveganja obstajajo pri spletni in mobilni uporabi elektronskega denarja. Pokazali smo, kako se klasificirajo elektronski plačilni sistemi, predstavili projekt SEPA, ki takšne tehnologije uvaja na področju celotne EU, in prikazali trenutno stanje v svetu ter trende za prihodnost. Ob koncu smo izvedli še anketo o sprejetosti mobilnega plačevanja in mobilnega in spletnega bančništva v Sloveniji ter rezultate primerjali s podobno raziskavo izvedeno globalno.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEMS AND THE USE OF ELECTRONIC MONEY
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis, we presented the concept of electronic money and electronic payment systems. We presented the advantages and disadvantages of electronic money and the reasons why it has been introduced. We presented and compared various examples of electronic money, technology that provides security and the risks that exist in the web and mobile use of electronic money. We have shown how electronic payment systems are classified and presented the SEPA project, which establishes these types of technologies throughout the EU. We displayed the current situation in the world and global trends for the future. At the end, we have carried out a survey on the acceptance of mobile payment and mobile and internet banking in Slovenia and compared the results with a similar research carried out globally.
